Field hockey starts Monday

Reminder, field hockey tryouts start Monday, July 30.  Practices will run from 5-8 PM Monday through Thursday this first week. Unless we have spoken previously, all practices are mandatory.  Bring all gear including cleats, running shoes, and all paperwork.

Aug. 3 No practice...enjoy a 3 day weekend before you need to start setting an alarm clock again

Conditioning in July at the high school - attend a minimum of 4 - attendance will be monitored

Goals to work toward/things to do on your own:

  1.  Decreasing your 2 mile time
  2.  Practice hitting for distance AND accuracy
  3. Strenghten your ankles:  calf raises, lateral leaps, box jumps
  4. Practice passing while in motion
