Boys/Girls Indoor Track Practice starts: Mon. Nov. 15 from (3:45 pm- 5:30 pm) @ the Track.
The following required forms must be completed and turned in before you will be allowed to practice:
(VHSL Physical, Concussion, Sportsmanship, Insurance)
Forms may be obtained on this website. Also you can pick them up in the schools front office or Mr. Woodle's (Activities Director) office.
Turn in forms to Mr. Woodle or Coach Bowen prior to your first practice.
Dailey Practice Procedures
Practice Time 3:45 pm - 5:30 pm
Be on time our warm up drills start promptly at 3:45 pm
Come dressed to participate, field house restrooms will be open to athletes.
Dress appropriately for the winter weather.
Have your rides pick you up in front of the field house at 5:30 pm
Be ready to work hard at practice it will not be easy.
