On the night of August 29th Manchester's Lady Lancers JV faced off against the Monacan Chiefs JV team. This proved to be a game to remember by both sides. As the Lady Lancers battled back and forth with a series of spikes and tips their opponents answered with their own barrage of spikes and tips. This went on till mid point of the first set when one team caved to the others abilities. Manchester's Lady Lancers took the lead and won both sets because they had heart and grit. These girls never quit, they played a solid game, and used very controlled passes. They won 2-0! Job well done Lady Lancers!
