The SAFE program which started years ago in Chesterfield County, has had a rebirth at Manchester High School. SAFE stands for Student Athletes For Education and it's a big brother type of program for local elementary schools. The student-athletes focus on reading skills, math and character education. The Lancer football program is proud to be part of this program and are excited about partnering with several local schools.
