Requirements for Girls/Boys Outdoor Track and Field Tryouts/Practice

1st Day of Tryouts/Practice: Monday March 6, (3:30 pm-5:30 pm)

• All athletes must have completed and tuned in all paperwork
• Forms/paperwork can be obtained on the school website.
• If you turned in your forms for Indoor Track or another sport this year you are "good to go"
• Required forms:
• VHSLPhysical ( Must be current for this school year)
• Concussion
• Sportsmanship
• VCU Medical
• Sudden Cardiac Arrest

Criterion For Making Cuts

• Display a positive attitude and appropriate behavior during practice
• Display a goo work ethic
• Consistent attendance and promptness at practice (Practice starts promptly at 3:30 pm)
• Testing. Time trials results

Final Cuts will be made and posted on Wed, March 15th

Any further cuts will be made on an individual bases

Practice Times: Mon-Fri. (3:30 pm-5:30 pm)

• All athletes should come dressed and prepared to workout and exercise daily.
• The field house/restrooms will be open for athletes to get dressed
• Come prepared to exercise and work hard.
• Practice will not be easy
