Daily Practice Begins Monday November 5th

  • QUEST  Pool 6800 Deer Run Drive Midlothian, VA 23112

  • Need 1 piece swimsuit, cap, goggles, towel, fins if you have them

  • Daily practice attendance is required.  If you swim on another team, or have schedule conflicts please send me an email (manchesterswimcoach@gmail.com) with the details and contact information for your coach

  • Be sure to complete your homework, and eat a healthy meal BEFORE PRACTICE
