Powhatan Captures Lead Early To Defeat Manchester Lancers Varsity
Manchester Lancers Varsity fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 5-1 loss to Powhatan on Tuesday. Powhatan scored on a error in the first inning and a single by #10 in the second inning.
In the bottom of the first inning, Powhatan tied things up at one when an error scored one run for Powhatan.
Powhatan pulled away for good with one run in the second inning. In the second #10 singled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run.
