Girls/Boys Indoor Track and Field
Indoor Track Season Starts: Monday Nov. 13th (3:30pm - 5:30 pm) @ the Track
Monday Nov. 20 - Last "Cut off" Date for any athlete to come out for Indoor Track
Athletes must complete and turn in the following forms/paperwork
- VHSL Physical
- Concussion
- Insurance
- Sportsmanship
- VCU Medical
- Sudden Cardiac Arrest
Forms can be obtained on the Manchester Athletic website. Click forms on the home page. Also in the schools front office or from Mr. Woodle. Turn in all forms to Coach Bowen prior to your first practice. No Forms - No Practice.
Come ready to work hard, conditioning will not be easy.
