Practice starts on Monday the 12th from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM on the field behind the Bailey Bridge soccer field.

All skill levels welcomed. New players are not required to have a stick or googles to join.

Please have the following at the start of practice:

1. Mask
2. Water
3. Cleats
4. Sneakers
5. Googles (not if you are new)
6. Stick (not if you are new)
7. Mouthguard
8. Forms listed below

Paperwork required in order to participate (forms to be submitted to the front office or to Coach Grace):

• VHSL Physical (dated May 1, 2020 or later)
• Concussion Form
• Sportsmanship Form
• Insurance Form
• VCU Emergency Athletic Form
